عَنْ سُفْيَانَ بْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، سَمِعَ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ ، يَقُولُ : " نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ يُنْتَبَذَ فِي الدُّبَّاءِ وَالْمُزَفَّتِ " . وَرُبَّمَا قَالَ سُفْيَانُ : عَنِ الدُّبَّاءِ وَالْمُزَفَّتِ أَنْ يُنْتَبَذَ فِيهِ .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade making nabidh (fermented drink) in gourds and varnished jars.
