عَنْ مَالِكٍ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنْ بَاعَ نَخْلا وَقَدْ أُبِّرَتْ فَثَمَرَتُهَا لِلْبَائِعِ إِلا أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ الْمُبْتَاعُ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Whoever sells a date-palm after it has been pollinated, its fruit will belong to the seller, unless the buyer stipulates (that the fruit will be his)."
