حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا هُشَيْمٌ، قَالَ: أنا حُصَيْنٌ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ أَنَّهُ «كَانَ يُجِيزُ طَلَاقَ السُّلْطَانِ عَلَى الْإِكْرَاهِ، وَلَا يُجِيزُ طَلَاقَ اللُّصُوصِ»
Hazrat Aamir Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) said: A divorce given under the compulsion of the ruler is valid, but not under the pressure of a bandit.
