قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ رَحِمَهُ اللهُ: يُشَاوِرُ مَنْ جَمَعَ الْعِلْمَ وَالْأَمَانَةَ.
Imam al-Shafi'i (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "(The judge) should consult a person in whom both knowledge and trustworthiness are combined."
