Book of Oaths
باب: من حلف: ليضربن عبده مائة سوط، فجمعها فضربه بها، لم يحنث استدلالا بقوله عز وجل وخذ بيدك ضغثا فاضرب به ولا تحنث
Chapter: One who swears he will strike his slave a hundred lashes, then gathers them and strikes him with them at once, does not break his oath, based on the words of Allah the Mighty and Majestic: And take in your hand a bunch of twigs and strike with it and do not break your oath

اُردوEn
بِقَوْلِهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ {وَخُذْ بِيَدِكَ ضِغْثًا فَاضْرِبْ بِهِ وَلَا تَحْنَثْ} [ص: 44].
(It is argued) from this saying of Allah, the Mighty and Majestic: "And take in your hand a bundle of twigs, and strike with it, and do not break your oath." [Surah Sad: 44]
