قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ رَحِمَهُ اللهُ: سَمَّاهُمُ اللهُ تَعَالَى بِالْمُؤْمِنِينَ، وَأَمَرَ بِالْإِصْلَاحِ بَيْنَهُمْ.
Imam al-Shafi'i (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "Allah Almighty called them (the two groups fighting each other) believers, and commanded that peace be made between them."
