قَالَ اللهُ جَلَّ ثَنَاؤُهُ: {وَإِذَا دُعُوا إِلَى اللهِ وَرَسُولِهِ لِيَحْكُمَ بَيْنَهُمْ إِذَا فَرِيقٌ مِنْهُمْ مُعْرِضُونَ} [النور: 48].
Allah, exalted be His praise, says: "And when they are called to Allah and His Messenger to judge between them, at once a party of them turns away." [Surah al-Nur: 48]
وَفِيمَا أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، ثنا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ الدَّاوُدِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ اللُّؤْلُؤِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، ثنا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، ثنا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ حَيَّانَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " مَنْ دُعِيَ إِلَى حَكَمٍ مِنَ الْحُكَّامِ فَلَمْ يُجِبْ فَهُوَ ظَالِمٌ " هَذَا مُرْسَلٌ.
Al-Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) said that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever is summoned to one of the judges and does not respond, he is a wrongdoer."
