Hasan bin Muhammad bin al-Hanafiyyah (may Allah have mercy on him) said that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) wrote to the Magians of Hajar inviting them to accept Islam: "Whoever accepts Islam, his Islam is to be accepted from him, and whoever refuses, jizyah is to be imposed on them, on condition that their slaughtered animals are not eaten and their women are not married."
This is mursal, and the consensus of most of the Ummah on it reinforces it.
