أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ، ثنا بَحْرُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ، حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ، وَيَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ رَبِيعَةَ، أَنَّهُ بَلَغَهُ أَنَّ الْغُرَّةَ، تُقَوَّمُ خَمْسِينَ دِينَارًا، أَوْ سِتَّمِائَةِ دِرْهَمٍ، وَدِيَةُ الْمَرْأَةِ خَمْسُمِائَةِ دِينَارٍ، أَوْ سِتَّةُ آلَافِ دِرْهَمٍ، وَدِيَةُ جَنِينِهَا عُشْرُ دِيَتِهَا قَالَ مَالِكٌ: فَنَرَى أَنَّ جَنِينَ الْأَمَةِ عُشْرُ قِيمَةِ أُمِّهِ وَرُوِي عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ، بِإِسْنَادٍ مُنْقَطِعٍ أَنَّهُ قَوَّمَ الْغُرَّةَ خَمْسِينَ دِينَارًا.
Rabi'ah (may Allah have mercy on him) said that it reached him that the fine (ghurrah) is valued at 50 dinars or 600 dirhams, the blood money of a woman is 500 dinars or 6000 dirhams, and the blood money of her fetus is one tenth of her blood money. Imam Malik (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Our view is that the fetus of a slave woman is one tenth of its mother's value.
It is also narrated from Sayyiduna Umar bin al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him), with a munqati' (broken) chain, that he valued the fine (ghurrah) at 50 dinars.

أَنْبَأَنِيهِ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، إِجَازَةً، أنبأ أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ، ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ، ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ، أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ، رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ، قَوَّمَ الْغُرَّةَ خَمْسِينَ دِينَارًا.
Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) valued the ghurrah at 50 dinars.
