قَالَ اللهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ: {فَمَنِ اعْتَدَى بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ فَلَهُ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ} [البقرة: 178] قَالَ مُجَاهِدٌ: مَنِ اعْتَدَى بَعْدَ أَخْذِهِ الدِّيَةَ فَلَهُ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ، وَقَالَ عَطَاءٌ: فَإِنْ قَتَلَ بَعْدَمَا قَبِلَ الدِّيَةَ.
Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, says: "Then whoever transgresses after that will have a painful punishment." [Surah al-Baqarah: 178]
Mujahid (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "Whoever transgresses after taking the blood money will have a painful punishment."
And Ata (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "(That is,) if he kills after accepting the blood money."
Mujahid (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "Whoever transgresses after taking the blood money will have a painful punishment."

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ، أنبأ عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ بْنُ عَطَاءٍ، أنبأ سَعِيدٌ هُوَ ابْنُ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ، عَنْ مَطَرٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " لَا أُعَافِي رَجُلًا قَتَلَ بَعْدَ أَخْذِهِ الدِّيَةَ " ⦗٩٦⦘ هَذَا مُنْقَطِعٌ، وَقَدْ رُوِيَ مَوْصُولًا.
Hasan al-Basri (may Allah have mercy on him) said that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever takes blood money and then kills, I will never pardon him."

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ، أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ دَاسَةَ، ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، ثنا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، ثنا حَمَّادٌ، أنبأ مَطَرٌ الْوَرَّاقُ، قَالَ: وَأَحْسَبُهُ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " لَا أُعْفِي مَنْ قَتَلَ بَعْدَ أَخْذِهِ الدِّيَةَ.
Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "I will not pardon one who kills after taking the blood money."
