It is narrated from Uqbah bin al-Harith (may Allah be pleased with him) that a black woman came and claimed that she had nursed the two of them, meaning Uqbah (may Allah be pleased with him) and his wife. He said: He came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and mentioned this matter to him (peace and blessings be upon him). He (peace and blessings be upon him) turned away, and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) smiled and said: "And how (can it be), when it has (already) been said?"
Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) recorded it in his Sahih from Muhammad bin Kathir.

Ibn Abi Mulaykah narrates from Ubayd bin Abi Maryam, from Uqbah bin al-Harith (may Allah be pleased with him) (Ibn Abi Mulaykah said: I also heard it from Uqbah (may Allah be pleased with him), but I remember Ubayd's narration better) that he said: I married a woman, and a black woman came to us and said: "I have nursed both of you." I came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and said: "I married so-and-so, the daughter of so-and-so, and a black woman came to us and said: I have nursed both of you, and she is lying." He (peace and blessings be upon him) turned away from me. So I came to him (peace and blessings be upon him) from in front of his face and said: "She is lying." The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "How can that be, when she claims that she nursed both of you? Leave her (your wife)."
Bukhari recorded it in his Sahih from Ali bin Abdullah, from Isma'il.

It is narrated from Ibn Abi Mulaykah (may Allah have mercy on him): Uqbah bin al-Harith (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated to me, or I heard it from him, that he married Umm Yahya bint Abi Ihab (may Allah be pleased with her). A black slave woman came and said: "I have nursed both of you." I mentioned this to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), and he (peace and blessings be upon him) turned away from me. I came (before him (peace and blessings be upon him)) from the other side and mentioned it, and he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "How can it be now, when she claims that she has nursed both of you?" And he (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade him from her.
The wording is that of the hadith of Yahya bin Sa'id (may Allah have mercy on him). Imam Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) recorded it in the Sahih from Abu Asim, and from Ali bin Abdullah from Yahya, in this same way, as mudraj (with interpolated wording).

It is narrated from Ibn Jurayj (may Allah have mercy on him): Ibn Abi Mulaykah (may Allah have mercy on him) informed me that Uqbah bin al-Harith (may Allah be pleased with him) informed him that he married Umm Yahya bint Abi Ihab. A black slave woman came and said: I have nursed both of you. He said: I came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and mentioned it to him (peace and blessings be upon him). He (peace and blessings be upon him) turned away. I came from the other side and mentioned it to him (peace and blessings be upon him). He (peace and blessings be upon him) said to him: "How is that possible, when she claims that she has nursed both of you?"
Imam al-Shafi'i (may Allah have mercy on him) said: His (peace and blessings be upon him) turning away suggests that he (peace and blessings be upon him) did not regard her testimony as something that would make (the annulment of the marriage) binding; and his saying, "How, when she claims that she has nursed both of you?" suggests that he (peace and blessings be upon him) disliked him remaining with her after it had been said to him that she was his foster sister. This is the meaning of what we said: that he should leave her out of scrupulousness (wara'), not as a binding ruling.

It is narrated from Zayd bin Aslam (may Allah have mercy on him) that a man and his wife came to Umar bin al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him), and a woman came and said: I have nursed both of you. Umar bin al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) refused to accept her statement and said: Your wife is yours (keep her).
This is mursal, and it has been narrated through another chain.

He (may Allah be pleased with him) said: No, not until two men, or one man and two women, testify. Abu Ubayd (may Allah have mercy on him) said: the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was asked: Whose testimony is acceptable in (matters of) fosterage? He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The testimony of one man or one woman." This is a weak chain; a chain like this cannot be taken as proof. Muhammad bin Uthaym is accused of lying, and Ibn al-Baylamani is weak, and there is disagreement from him regarding its text: it is said like this, it is said "one man and one woman," and it is said "one man and two women." And Allah knows best.
