Mujahid (may Allah have mercy on him) said: When reciting the Talbiyah, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to say: "'Labbayk Allahumma labbayk, labbayk la sharika laka labbayk, inna al-hamda wa al-ni'mata laka wa al-mulk, la sharika lak' (Here I am, O Allah, here I am; here I am, You have no partner, here I am. Indeed all praise and blessing are Yours, and the dominion; You have no partner)." The narrator said: One day, as the people were going back, the scene pleased him (peace and blessings be upon him), so he (peace and blessings be upon him) added these words: "'Labbayk inna al-'aysha 'aysh al-akhirah' (Here I am; indeed, the true life is the life of the Hereafter)." Ibn Jurayj (may Allah have mercy on him) said: I think it was the day of Arafah.
This report is mursal; it has also been narrated with a connected chain, in abridged form, from Ikrimah from Ibn Abbas.

Sayyiduna Sahl bin Sa'd (may Allah be pleased with him) said: We were digging the trench with the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and carrying away the earth. He (peace and blessings be upon him) looked at us and said: "'Allahumma la 'aysha illa 'aysh al-akhirah, faghfir li al-Ansari wa al-Muhajirah' (O Allah, there is no life but the life of the Hereafter, so forgive the Ansar and the Muhajirun)."
