أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ، ثنا ثَابِتُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْعَابِدُ، ثنا مِسْعَرُ بْنُ كِدَامٍ، عَنْ مُحَارِبِ بْنِ دِثَارٍ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ: أَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ، أَظُنُّهُ قَالَ: ضُحًى، فَقَالَ لِي: " صَلِّهْ، أَوْ صَلِّ رَكْعَتَيْنِ "، وَكَانَ لِي عَلَيْهِ دَيْنٌ، فَقَضَانِي وَزَادَنِي رَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ ثَابِتِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ.
Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: I came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) while he was in the mosque - the narrator thinks it was the forenoon (duha) - and he (peace and blessings be upon him) said to me: "Pray," or he said: "Pray two rak'ahs." I had a debt owed to me by him (peace and blessings be upon him), so he (peace and blessings be upon him) repaid me and gave me something extra as well.
أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ فُورَكٍ، أنبأ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، ثنا يُونُسُ بْنُ حَبِيبٍ، ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، ثنا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ مُحَارِبِ بْنِ دِثَارٍ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ يَقُولُ: " بِعْتُ بَعِيرًا مِنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَوَزَنَ فَأَرْجَحَ لِي، فَمَا زَالَ بَعْضُ تِلْكَ الدَّرَاهِمِ مَعِي حَتَّى أُصِيبَتْ يَوْمَ الْحَرَّةِ " أَخْرَجَاهُ فِي الصَّحِيحِ مِنْ حَدِيثِ شُعْبَةَ.
Muharib bin Dithar (may Allah have mercy on him) said: I heard Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) say: "I sold a camel to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him). He (peace and blessings be upon him) weighed out (the price) for me and gave me more than due. Some of those dirhams remained with me until they were lost on the Day of al-Harrah."
أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ الْمِهْرَجَانِيُّ، أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الْمُزَكِّي، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْبُوشَنْجِيُّ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ بُكَيْرٍ، ثنا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ التَّيْمِيُّ، عَنْ عِيسَى بْنِ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ، عَنْ عُمَيْرِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ الضَّمْرِيِّ أَنَّهُ أَخْبَرَهُ، عَنِ الْبَهْزِيِّ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ خَرَجَ يُرِيدُ مَكَّةَ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ، حَتَّى إِذَا كَانَ بِالرَّوْحَاءِ إِذَا حِمَارُ وَحْشٍ عَقِيرٌ، فَذُكِرَ لِرَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَالَ: " دَعُوهُ؛ فَإِنَّهُ يُوشِكُ أَنْ يَأْتِيَ صَاحِبُهُ "، فَجَاءَ الْبَهْزِيُّ وَهُوَ صَاحِبُهُ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، شَأْنَكُمْ بِهَذَا الْحِمَارِ، فَأَمَرَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَبَا بَكْرٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ فَقَسَمَهُ بَيْنَ الرِّفَاقِ، ثُمَّ مَضَى حَتَّى إِذَا كَانَ بِالْأُثَايَةِ بَيْنَ الرُّويْبَةِ وَالْعَرْجِ إِذَا ظَبْيٌ حَاقِفٌ فِي ظِلٍّ وَفِيهِ سَهْمٌ، فَزَعَمَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَمَرَ رَجُلًا يَثْبُتُ عِنْدَهُ لَا يُرِيبُهُ أَحَدٌ مِنَ النَّاسِ حَتَّى يُجَاوِزَهُ وَرَوَى مُسْلِمٌ الْبَطِينُ أَنَّ الْحُسَيْنَ بْنَ عَلِيٍّ وَرِثَ مَوَارِيثَ فَتَصَدَّقَ بِهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ تُقْسَمَ فَأُجِيزَتْ.
It is narrated from Sayyiduna al-Bahzi (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) set out intending to go to Makkah while he (peace and blessings be upon him) was in the state of ihram. When he (peace and blessings be upon him) reached al-Rawha, there was a wounded wild ass lying there. It was mentioned to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), and he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Leave it, for its hunter may come soon." Then Sayyiduna al-Bahzi (may Allah be pleased with him) came, and he was its hunter. He came to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) and said: "O Messenger of Allah, take this wild ass, all of you." He (peace and blessings be upon him) gave the order, and Sayyiduna Abu Bakr al-Siddiq (may Allah be pleased with him) divided it among the companions. Then he (peace and blessings be upon him) went on until, when he reached al-Uthayah, which is between al-Ruwaythah and al-Arj, there was a gazelle crouching with its head down in the shade with an arrow in it. The narrator stated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered a man to stand by it so that all the people would pass by without anyone disturbing it.
وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السُّلَمِيُّ، أنبأ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ بْنُ مَحْمُودٍ الْمَرْوَزِيُّ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْحَافِظُ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، ثنا هَمَّامٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ النَّضْرِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ قَالَ: " نَحَلَنِي أَنَسٌ نِصْفَ دَارِهِ " قَالَ: فَقَالَ أَبُو بُرْدَةَ: إِنْ سَرَّكَ يَجُوزُ لَكَ فَاقْبِضْهُ؛ فَإِنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ قَضَى فِي الْأَنْحَالِ أَنَّ مَا قُبِضَ مِنْهُ فَهُوَ جَائِزٌ، وَمَا لَمْ يُقْبَضْ فَهُوَ مِيرَاثٌ، قَالَ: " فَدَعَوْتُ يَزِيدَ الرِّشْكَ فَقَسَمَهَا ".
Al-Nadr bin Anas said that Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) gave him half of his house as a gift. Abu Burdah said: "If you would like it to be valid for you, then take possession of it, for Umar bin al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) ruled concerning gifts that whatever has been taken possession of is valid, and whatever has not been taken possession of is inheritance." Al-Nadr said: "So I called Yazid (al-Rishk), and he divided the house."
