Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) said: I saw the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) sitting by one of the corners of the House of Allah. First he raised his gaze towards the sky, then he smiled, and then he said three times: "May Allah Almighty curse the Jews! When Allah made the fat unlawful for them, they sold it and consumed its price. When Allah Almighty makes something unlawful, He also makes its price unlawful." This same hadith is also narrated through another chain, in which Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) says: the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) was sitting by the Station of Ibrahim; he raised his gaze towards the sky, and then he narrated the rest of the hadith.
