أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْفَتْحِ هِلَالُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ، أنبأ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ عَيَّاشٍ الْقَطَّانُ، ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الصَّبَّاحِ، ثنا ابْنُ أَبِي عَدِيٍّ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، ح وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ فُورَكٍ، أنبأ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ حَبِيبٍ، ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، ثنا شُعْبَةُ، ح وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمُقْرِئُ، أنبأ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، ثنا يُوسُفُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثنا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، ثنا شُعْبَةُ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، أَنَّ عَلْقَمَةَ، وَشُرَيْحَ بْنَ أَرْطَاةَ رَجُلٌ مِنَ النَّخَعِ كَانَا عِنْدَ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهَا، فَقَالَ أَحَدُهُمَا لِصَاحِبِهِ: سَلْهَا عَنِ الْقُبْلَةِ لِلصَّائِمِ، فَقَالَ: مَا كُنْتُ لِأَرْفُثَ عِنْدَ أُمِّ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ، فَقَالَتْ: كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُقَبِّلُ وَهُوَ صَائِمٌ، وَيُبَاشِرُ وَهُوَ صَائِمٌ، وَكَانَ أَمْلَكَكُمْ لِإِرْبِهِ لَفْظُ حَدِيثِ سُلَيْمَانَ وَحَدِيثِ أَبِي دَاوُدَ قَرِيبٌ مِنْهُ، وَفِي رِوَايَةِ ابْنِ أَبِي عَدِيٍّ قَالَ: عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ وَشُرَيْحِ بْنِ أَرْطَاةَ أَنَّهُمَا ذَكَرَا عِنْدَ عَائِشَةَ الْقُبْلَةَ لِلصَّائِمِ، ثُمَّ ذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ بِمَعْنَاهُ.
Ibrahim said that Alqamah and Shurayh bin Artah were both with Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her). One of them said to the other: Ask her about kissing for a fasting person. He said: I will not speak of indecent matters in the presence of the Mother of the Believers. She said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) used to kiss while he (peace and blessings be upon him) was fasting, and he (peace and blessings be upon him) used to embrace while fasting, but he had the greatest control over his desire.
وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْحَافِظُ، أنبأ أَبُو قُرَيْشٍ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَعْبَدٍ، ثنا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، ثنا شُعْبَةُ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ: كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُقَبِّلُ وَيُبَاشِرُ وَهُوَ صَائِمٌ، وَكَانَ أَمْلَكَكُمْ لِإِرْبِهِ. رَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ حَرْبٍ هَكَذَا، وَهُوَ غَرِيبٌ، فَرِوَايَةُ الْجَمَاعَةِ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ وَشُرَيْحٍ كَمَا مَضَى، وَأَخْرَجَهُ مُسْلِمٌ مِنْ حَدِيثِ ابْنِ عَوْنٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، وَمِنْ حَدِيثِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ وَعَلْقَمَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ.
Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) said that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to kiss and embrace while he (peace and blessings be upon him) was fasting, and he (peace and blessings be upon him) was the one among you with the most control over his desire.
Al-Bukhari recorded it in his Sahih from Sulayman bin Harb in this way, and it is gharib (unusual); the narration of the group from Shu'bah is from al-Hakam, from Ibrahim, from Alqamah and Shurayh, as has preceded.
