Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "Jumu'ah is obligatory on whoever hears the call (adhan)."
Abu Dawud said: A group narrated this hadith from Sufyan as mawquf on Abdullah bin Amr, without mentioning the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him); only Qabisah attributed it to him. Qabisah bin Uqbah is among the thiqat (trustworthy narrators), and this Muhammad bin Sa'id is al-Ta'ifi, who is thiqah (trustworthy); and it has a supporting report (shahid) from the hadith of Amr bin Shu'ayb, from his father, from his grandfather.

Thus he said 'from Abu Bakr bin Abi Burdah', and I consider it nothing but an error.
