Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: We halted for the night with the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and could not wake up until the sun had risen. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Mount your riding animals, for this is a place where Satan has come upon us." Then he (peace and blessings be upon him) called for water, performed ablution (wudu) and prayed two rak'ahs. Then the iqamah for the prayer was called, and he (peace and blessings be upon him) led the morning prayer.
(b) It is reported from Imran bin Husayn (may Allah be pleased with him) that he (peace and blessings be upon him) made up these two rak'ahs.
