Bayhaqi 4558 — One who permitted making them up after sunrise

Abdur-Rahman bin Abd al-Qari (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates from Sayyiduna Umar bin al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) that: "Whoever misses his portion (of recitation) of the night and recites it from when the sun passes its zenith until the Zuhr prayer, it is as though it was not missed by him, or as though he did it on time."
