Bayhaqi 9786 — What invalidates Hajj
قَالَ: وَأنبأ ابْنُ خُزَيْمَةَ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، أنبأ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، ثنا عُمَرُ بْنُ ذَرٍّ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: " إِذَا جَامَعَ فَعَلَى كُلِّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا بَدَنَةٌ ".
Imam Mujahid narrates from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) that when he (the one in ihram) has intercourse, a sacrifice is due from each of the two of them.
