وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ زَكَرِيَّا، أنبأ أَبُو طَاهِرٍ، ثنا جَدِّي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ خُزَيْمَةَ، ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُجْرٍ، ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، ثنا حُمَيْدٌ، عَنْ أَبِي الطُّفَيْلِ عَامِرِ بْنِ وَاثِلَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ فِي رَجُلٍ وَقَعَ عَلَى امْرَأَتِهِ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ، قَالَ: " اقْضِيَا نُسُكَكُمَا وَارْجِعَا إِلَى بَلَدِكُمَا فَإِذَا كَانَ عَامُ قَابِلٍ فَاخْرُجَا حَاجَّيْنِ، فَإِذَا أَحْرَمْتُمَا فَتَفَرَّقَا وَلَا تَلْتَقِيَا حَتَّى تَقْضِيَا نُسُكَكُمَا وَأَهْدِيَا هَدْيًا " وَرَوَاهُ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الطُّفَيْلِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ فِي هَذِهِ الْقِصَّةِ " ثُمَّ أَهِلَّا مِنْ حَيْثُ أَهْلَلْتُمَا أَوَّلَ مَرَّةٍ ".
Abu al-Tufayl Amir bin Wathilah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) concerning a man who has intercourse with his wife while in the state of ihram, that the two of them should complete the rites of Hajj and return to their town, but the following year they should set out for Hajj again; when they both enter ihram, they should not meet each other until they have completed the Hajj and offered a sacrifice.
(b) Abu al-Tufayl (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) about this incident that they should then make the talbiyah from where they made it the first time.
