Bayhaqi 9686 — One for whom the sun sets at Mina on the first day

Nafi' said that Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) used to say: "Whoever is overtaken by sunset while he is at Mina on the middle of the days of Tashriq must not depart until he has stoned the Jamarat on the next day."
It has also been reported from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) as a marfu' narration (attributed to the Prophet), but its attribution to the Prophet is weak; it is the view of al-Hasan, Jabir bin Zayd and al-Nakha'i.
