أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثنا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ صَالِحِ بْنِ هَانِئٍ، ثنا السَّرِيُّ بْنُ خُزَيْمَةَ، ح، وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ الْمُزَكِّي، أنبأ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الشَّيْبَانِيُّ، ثنا السَّرِيُّ بْنُ خُزَيْمَةَ، ثنا أَبُو سَلَمَةَ مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، ثنا وُهَيْبُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ، ثنا أَيُّوبُ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ سُئِلَ فِي حَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ فَقِيلَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ ذَبَحْتُ قَبْلَ أَنْ أَرْمِيَ فَأَوْمَى بِيَدِهِ وَقَالَ: " لَا حَرَجَ "، وَقَالَ رَجُلٌ: حَلَقْتُ قَبْلَ أَنْ أَذْبَحَ فَأَوْمَى بِيَدِهِ وَقَالَ: " لَا حَرَجَ "، فَمَا سُئِلَ يَوْمَئِذٍ عَنْ شَيْءٍ مِنَ التَّقْدِيمِ وَلَا التَّأْخِيرِ إِلَّا أَوْمَى بِيَدِهِ وَقَالَ: " وَلَا حَرَجَ "، رَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ.
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) says that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was asked during the Farewell Pilgrimage: I sacrificed before stoning. He (peace and blessings be upon him) gestured with his hand and said: "There is no harm." A man said: I shaved my head before sacrificing. He (peace and blessings be upon him) gestured with his hand and said: "There is no harm." That day, whatever he (peace and blessings be upon him) was asked about doing earlier or later, he (peace and blessings be upon him) gestured with his hand and said: "There is no harm."
