Bayhaqi 9495 — Combining them with a separate iqamah for each prayer

Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) said that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) combined Maghrib and Isha and had the iqamah called for each one.
The difference among the narrators in this hadith has already passed in the Book of Prayer.
