وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أنبأ أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْحَافِظُ، أنبأ أَبُو يَعْلَى، ثنا زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، ثنا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، فَذَكَرَهُ. رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ زُهَيْرِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ، وَغَيْرِهِ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، وَرَوَاهُ الْحُمَيْدِيُّ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، فَقَالَ فِي الْحَدِيثِ " الْمُحْرِمُ لَا يَنْكِحُ وَلَا يُنْكِحُ " ⦗١٠٥⦘.
Al-Humaydi (may Allah have mercy on him) also narrates it from Sufyan (may Allah have mercy on him), and he narrated this hadith as: "The one in ihram does not marry, nor does he give anyone in marriage."
