Bayhaqi 9137 — Entering the bathhouse in ihram and scratching the head

Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The one in ihram may smell fragrant herbs, may enter the bathhouse, may have his molar tooth pulled out, and may lance a sore; and when his nail breaks, he may remove from himself what harms him.
