أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ، ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ، ثنا أَبُو كَامِلٍ، ثنا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْمُنْتَشِرِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ، يَتَطَيَّبُ ثُمَّ يُصْبِحُ مُحْرِمًا قَالَ: مَا أُحِبُّ أَنْ أُصْبِحَ مُحْرِمًا أَنْضَحُ طِيبًا لَأَنْ أُطْلَى بِزَعْفَرَانٍ أَحَبُّ إِلِيَّ مِنْ أَنْ أَفْعَلَ ذَلِكَ، فَقَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهَا: أَنَا " طَيَّبْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عِنْدَ إِحْرَامِهِ، ثُمَّ طَافَ فِي نِسَائِهِ ثُمَّ أَصْبَحَ مُحْرِمًا " رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ مَنْصُورٍ، وَأَبِي كَامِلٍ، وَحَدِيثُ مَسْرُوقٍ وَالْأَسْوَدِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهَا يَدُلُّ عَلَى بَقَاءِ أَثَرِهِ بَعْدَ اغْتِسَالِهِ وَإِحْرَامِهِ حَتَّى كَانَ يُرَى وَبِيصُهُ فِي مَفَارِقِهِ.
Ibrahim bin Muhammad bin al-Muntashir narrates from his father (Muhammad bin al-Muntashir), who said: I asked Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) about a man who applies perfume and then enters ihram. He said: "I would not like to become a muhrim while giving off the scent of perfume; if I were to smear myself with saffron, that would be dearer to me than this." Then Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) said: "I applied perfume to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) near the time of his ihram; then he went round to his wives, and then he entered ihram."
