أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حَمْشَاذٍ الْعَدْلُ، وَأَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ الْبُحَيْرِيُّ إِمْلَاءً، قَالَا: ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ خُزَيْمَةَ، ثنا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، ثنا أَبُو خَالِدٍ الْأَحْمَرُ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ بْنِ الْحَجَّاجِ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: " لَا يُحْرَمُ بِالْحَجِّ إِلَّا فِي أَشْهُرِ الْحَجِّ فَإِنَّ مِنْ سُنَّةِ الْحَجِّ أَنْ يُحْرَمَ بِالْحَجِّ فِي أَشْهُرِ الْحَجِّ ".
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: Ihram (for Hajj) should be entered only in the months of Hajj, for it is the Sunnah of Hajj that ihram for Hajj be entered in the months of Hajj.
