Bayhaqi 8347 — Voluntary fasting and leaving it before completion

Umm Hani (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The one observing a voluntary fast is master of himself: if he wishes he fasts, and if he wishes he breaks the fast."
