وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ أَبِي دَاوُدَ الْبُرُلُّسِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ يَحْيَى بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الْجُعْفِيُّ، ثنا حَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ، ثنا هِشَامُ بْنُ حَسَّانَ، فَذَكَرَهُ بِمَعْنَاهُ، تَفَرَّدَ بِهِ هِشَامُ بْنُ حَسَّانَ الْفِرْدَوْسِيُّ وَقَدْ أَخْرَجَهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ فِي السُّنَنِ، وَبَعْضُ الْحُفَّاظِ لَا يَرَاهُ مَحْفُوظًا. قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ: سَمِعْتُ أَحْمَدَ بْنَ حَنْبَلٍ يَقُولُ: لَيْسَ مِنْ ذَا شَيْءٌ، قُلْتُ: وَقَدْ رُوِيَ مِنْ وَجْهٍ آخَرَ ضَعِيفٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ مَرْفُوعًا، وَرُوِيَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي الْقَيْءِ: " لَا يُفْطِرُ "، وَرُوِيَ فِي ذَلِكَ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ مِنْ قَوْلِهِ:.
Hafs bin Ghiyath (may Allah have mercy on him) said that Hisham bin Hassan (may Allah have mercy on him) narrated the hadith with the same meaning. And it is reported from Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said about vomiting: It does not break the fast.
Only Hisham bin Hassan al-Firdawsi narrated it, and some of the hadith masters do not regard it as mahfuz (preserved). Abu Dawud said: I heard Ahmad bin Hanbal say: There is nothing in this. It has also been narrated from Abu Hurayrah as a statement of the Prophet (marfu') through another, weak chain.
