Bayhaqi 7543 — Those who said there is zakah on jewellery

Shu'ayb (may Allah have mercy on him) said that Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) wrote to Abu Musa (may Allah be pleased with him) that he should tell the Muslim women under his charge to pay the zakah on their jewelry.
This is mursal (its chain is broken); Shu'ayb bin Yasar did not meet Umar.
