أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ، وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو قَالُوا: ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَفَّانَ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ، ثنا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، عَنِ الْحَجَّاجِ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، فِي قَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى: {وَآتُوا حَقَّهُ يَوْمَ حَصَادِهِ} [الأنعام: ١٤١] قَالَ: " الْعُشْرُ وَنِصْفُ الْعُشْرِ ".
Miqsam narrates from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that concerning the saying of Allah Almighty: "And give its due on the day of its harvest." [Surah al-An'am: 141], he said: It refers to the tenth ('ushr) and half the tenth (nisf al-'ushr).
