جماع أبواب صدقة الزرع -- باب: لا شيء في الثمار والحبوب حتى يبلغ كل صنف منها خمسة أوسق فيكون فيما بلغ منه خمسة أوسق صدقة

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَعْدٍ الزَّاهِدُ رَحِمَهُ اللهُ، أنبأ أَبُو عَلِيٍّ حَامِدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْهَرَوِيُّ أنبأ عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، ثنا دَاوُدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الضَّبِّيُّ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ يَعْنِي الطَّائِفِيَّ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، وَأَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ قَالَا: قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " لَا صَدَقَةَ فِي الزَّرْعِ وَلَا فِي الْكَرْمِ وَلَا فِي النَّخْلِ إِلَّا مَا بَلَغَ خَمْسَةَ أَوْسُقٍ وَذَلِكَ مِائَةُ فَرْقٍ ".
Jabir bin Abdullah and Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with them both) say that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There is no zakah on crops (grain), nor on grapes, nor on dates, except when they reach five wasqs, and that is one hundred faraqs."
