جماع أبواب صدقة الزرع -- باب: لا شيء في الثمار والحبوب حتى يبلغ كل صنف منها خمسة أوسق فيكون فيما بلغ منه خمسة أوسق صدقة

وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أنبأ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ، ثنا سُفْيَانُ، فَذَكَرَهُ بِإِسْنَادِهِ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " لَيْسَ فِي حَبٍّ وَلَا تَمْرٍ صَدَقَةٌ حَتَّى يَبْلُغَ خَمْسَةَ أَوْسُقٍ وَلَا فِيمَا دُونَ خَمْسِ ذَوْدٍ صَدَقَةٌ وَلَا فِيمَا دُونَ خَمْسِ أَوَاقٍ صَدَقَةٌ ". رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ مَهْدِيٍّ.
Sufyan, narrating with his full chain, says that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There is no zakah on grain or dates until they reach five wasqs, nor is there zakah on less than five camels, nor is there zakah on less than five uqiyahs of silver."
