وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ بْنُ أَبِي الْمَعْرُوفِ الْفَقِيهُ الْمِهْرَجَانِيُّ، أنبأ بِشْرُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ، أنبأ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ نَصْرٍ الْحَذَّاءُ، ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ، ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ، ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، أَخْبَرَنِي الزُّهْرِيُّ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَمَرَ عَتَّابَ بْنَ أَسِيدٍ أَنْ يَخْرُصَ الْعِنَبَ كَمَا يَخْرُصُ النَّخْلَ، ثُمَّ تُؤَدِّي زَكَاتَهُ زَبِيبًا كَمَا تُؤَدِّي زَكَاةَ النَّخْلِ تَمْرًا. قَالَ: فَتِلْكَ سُنَّةُ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي النَّخْلِ وَالْعِنَبِ.
Sa'id bin al-Musayyib (may Allah have mercy on him) said that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered Attab bin Asid (may Allah be pleased with him) to estimate grapes just as dates are estimated. Then he said: "Pay its zakah in raisins, just as the zakah of dates is paid in dried dates." He said: This is the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) concerning dates and grapes.
