أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ، أنبأ أَبُو حَامِدِ بْنُ بِلَالٍ، ثنا أَبُو الْأَزْهَرِ، ثنا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، ثنا أَبِي، عَنِ ابْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، قَالَ: فَحَدَّثَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ قَالَ: خَطَبَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ النَّاسَ عَامَ الْفَتْحِ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ وَفِيهِ قَالَ: " لَا جَلَبَ وَلَا جَنَبَ وَلَا تُؤْخَذُ صَدَقَاتُهُمْ إِلَّا فِي دُورِهِمْ ".
Amr bin Shu'ayb narrates from his father, and he from his grandfather (Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with him)), that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) addressed the people on the day of the Conquest of Makkah — and he narrated the full hadith — and in it the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There is no jalab (bringing the animals to the collector) and no janab (taking them far away), and their zakah is not to be collected except at their dwellings."
