وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ هُوَ الْأَصَمُّ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ، أنبأ عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ، أنبأ الْعُمَرِيُّ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّهُ: كَانَ إِذَا صَلَّى عَلَى جِنَازَةٍ سَلَّمَ وَاحِدَةً عَنْ يَمِينِهِ.
Nafi' (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that whenever he prayed the funeral prayer, he would give the salam only to the right.
