وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ جَنَاحُ بْنُ نَذِيرِ بْنِ جَنَاحٍ الْمُحَارِبِيُّ بِالْكُوفَةِ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو جَعْفَرِ بْنُ دُحَيْمٍ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ أَبِي الْحُسَيْنِ، ثنا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، ثنا صَدَقَةُ بْنُ مُوسَى، ثنا أَبُو عِمْرَانَ الْجَوْنِيُّ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، قَالَ: " وَقَّتَ لَنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي حَلْقِ الْعَانَةِ، وَقَصِّ الشَّارِبِ، وَتَقْلِيمِ الْأَظْفَارِ، وَنَتْفِ الْإِبْطِ أَرْبَعِينَ يَوْمًا ".
Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) "set a time limit of forty days for us for shaving the pubic hair, trimming the moustache, clipping the nails and plucking the armpit hair."
