Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with them both) said that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever visits a sick person continues to wade in the mercy of Allah until he sits down; and when he sits down, he is immersed in it."
