Bayhaqi 6260 — The imam appoints someone to lead the weak in the Eid

Hanash bin al-Mu'tamir says that Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said: Pray four rak'ahs in the mosque on the day of Eid: two rak'ahs for the Sunnah and two rak'ahs for going out.
Abu Ishaq narrates from Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) that he ordered a man to lead the weak people in four rak'ahs of prayer in the mosque on the day of Eid.
