أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الشَّافِعِيُّ وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ بْنُ عَبْدَانَ، أنبأ أَحْمَدُ بْنَ عُبَيْدٍ قَالَا: ثنا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ شَرِيكٍ، ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ خَالِدٍ، ثنا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ، عَنْ عُقَيْلٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهَا قَالَتْ: " كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُكَبِّرُ فِي الْعِيدَيْنِ فِي الْأُولَى سَبْعَ تَكْبِيرَاتٍ، وَفِي الثَّانِيَةِ خَمْسَ تَكْبِيرَاتٍ قَبْلَ الْقِرَاءَةِ ".
Urwah (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates from Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) used to say, in the two Eids, seven takbirs in the first rak'ah and five takbirs in the second rak'ah before the recitation.
