Bayhaqi 5496 — There is no concession for one whose journey

Ibn Abi Najih (may Allah have mercy on him) reports from Mujahid (may Allah have mercy on him) regarding the saying of Allah Almighty: "neither transgressing nor exceeding the limit" [Surah Al-Baqarah: 173], that it means: one who is not a highway robber, not one who breaks away from the leaders, and not one who sets out in disobedience to Allah.
