باب: المسافر يقصر ما لم يجمع مكثا ما لم يبلغ مقامه ما أقام رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم بمكة عام الفتح
Chapter: The traveller shortens as long as he has not resolved to stay and his stay does not reach that of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) in Makkah in the year of the Conquest

اُردوEn
وَرَوَاهُ حَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ عَنْ عَاصِمٍ فَقَالَ: " سَبْعَ عَشْرَةَ يَقْصُرُ الصَّلَاةَ، فَمَنْ أَقَامَ سَبْعَ عَشْرَةَ قَصَرَ، وَمَنْ أَقَامَ أَكْثَرَ مِنْ ذَلِكَ أَتَمَّ ".
Hafs bin Ghiyath (may Allah have mercy on him) reports from Asim (may Allah have mercy on him): For a stay of seventeen days there is shortening; whoever stays seventeen days should shorten, and whoever stays longer than that should pray the complete prayer.
