أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ، وَأَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنُ بُرْهَانَ، وَأَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ، وَأَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ الْقَطَّانُ، وَأَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ السُّكَّرِيُّ قَالُوا: ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَرَفَةَ، ثنا هُشَيْمٌ، عَنْ أَبِي بِشْرٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ: " بِتُّ ذَاتَ لَيْلَةٍ عِنْدَ خَالَتِي مَيْمُونَةَ بِنْتِ الْحَارِثِ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهَا قَالَ: فَقَامَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُصَلِّي مِنَ اللَّيْلِ " قَالَ: فَقُمْتُ عَنْ يَسَارِهِ أُصَلِّي بِصَلَاتِهِ، قَالَ: فَأَخَذَ بِذُؤَابٍ كَانَ لِي، أَوْ بِرَأْسِي فَأَقَامَنِي عَنْ يَمِينِهِ ".
Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) says: I spent the night at the house of my maternal aunt Maymunah (may Allah be pleased with her). The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was praying at night. I stood on his (peace and blessings be upon him) left so that I could pray along with his (peace and blessings be upon him) prayer. He (peace and blessings be upon him) took me by my hair, or by my head, and placed me on his right side.
