وَبِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنِ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: " مَنْ سَمِعَ النِّدَاءَ مِنْ جِيرَانِ الْمَسْجِدِ وَهُوَ صَحِيحٌ مِنْ غَيْرِ عُذْرٍ فَلَمْ يُجِبْ فَلَا صَلَاةَ لَهُ ". وَقَدْ رُوِيَ مِنْ وَجْهٍ آخَرَ مَرْفُوعًا، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ.
Al-Harith narrates from Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) that Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "Whoever among the neighbours of the mosque hears the adhan while he is healthy and has no excuse, yet does not come to the prayer, has no prayer."
