Bayhaqi 469 — The prohibition of relieving oneself on people's paths

Sayyiduna Mu'adh bin Jabal (may Allah be pleased with him) said that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Beware of the three things that bring curses: relieving oneself at the watering places, in the people's path, and in the place of their shade."
