Bayhaqi 468 — The prohibition of relieving oneself on people's paths

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Beware of the two things that bring curses!" The Companions (may Allah be pleased with them) asked: O Messenger of Allah, what are the two things that bring curses? He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The one who relieves himself in the people's path and in their shade."
