وَأنبأ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أنبأ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْكَعْبِيُّ، ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ قُتَيْبَةَ، ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، ثنا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي نَضْرَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: " أَوْتِرُوا قَبْلَ أَنْ تُصْبِحُوا " رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ وَبِمَعْنَاهُمَا رَوَاهُ جَمَاعَةٌ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ وَرَوَاهُ قَتَادَةُ، عَنْ أَبِي نَضْرَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " مَنْ أَدْرَكَ الصُّبْحَ، وَلَمْ يُوتِرْ فَلَا وِتْرَ لَهُ ".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Pray witr before morning comes."
(b) Through another chain, it is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever reaches the time of morning and has not prayed witr, there is no witr for him."
(b) Through another chain, it is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever reaches the time of morning and has not prayed witr, there is no witr for him."
