أنبأ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثنا يُوسُفُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْخُوَارِزْمِيُّ بِبَيْتِ الْمَقْدِسِ ثنا ابْنُ مِقْلَاصٍ يَعْنِي عَبْدَ الْعَزِيزِ بْنَ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ مِقْلَاصٍ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِدْرِيسَ الشَّافِعِيُّ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْمُؤَمَّلِ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ مَوْلَى عَفْرَاءَ، عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّهُ قَامَ فَأَخَذَ بِحَلْقَةِ بَابِ الْكَعْبَةِ، ثُمَّ قَالَ: مَنْ عَرَفَنِي فَقَدْ عَرَفَنِي، وَمَنْ لَمْ يَعْرِفْنِي فَأَنَا جُنْدُبٌ صَاحِبُ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: " لَا صَلَاةَ بَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ حَتَّى تَغْرُبَ الشَّمْسُ، وَلَا صَلَاةَ بَعْدَ الصُّبْحِ حَتَّى تَطْلُعَ الشَّمْسُ إِلَّا بِمَكَّةَ إِلَّا بِمَكَّةَ إِلَّا بِمَكَّةَ ".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) that he took hold of the knocker of the door of the Ka'bah and said: Whoever knows me knows me, and whoever does not know me (let him hear): I am Jundub, the Companion of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "There is no prayer after Asr until the sun sets, and no prayer after the Fajr prayer until the sun rises, except in Makkah." And he said this three times.
