وَقَدْ رُوِيَ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ عُمَارَةَ مِنْ وَجْهٍ آخَرَ مَوْصُولًا، أَنْبَأَهُ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، أنبأ أَبُو الْمُثَنَّى، ثنا مُسَدَّدٌ، ثنا بِشْرُ بْنُ الْمُفَضَّلِ، ثنا عُمَارَةُ بْنُ غَزِيَّةَ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ عُمَارَةَ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " الْأَرْضُ كُلُّهَا مَسْجِدٌ إِلَّا الْحَمَّامَ وَالْمَقْبَرَةَ " وَاحْتَجَّ بَعْضُ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ فِي كَرَاهِيَةِ الصَّلَاةِ فِي الْمَقَابِرِ بِالْحَدِيثِ الثَّابِتِ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " اجْعَلُوا مِنْ صَلَاتِكُمْ فِي بُيُوتِكُمْ، وَلَا تَتَّخِذُوهَا قُبُورًا " وَبِالْحَدِيثِ الثَّابِتِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، وَابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " لَعْنَةُ اللهِ عَلَى الْيَهُودِ وَالنَّصَارَى اتَّخَذُوا قُبُورَ أَنْبِيَائِهِمْ مَسَاجِدَ " يُحَذِّرُ مِثْلَ مَا صَنَعُوهُ، وَالْحَدِيثَانِ مُخَرَّجَانِ فِي مَوْضِعِهِمَا، وَرُوِّينَا عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَكْرَهُ أَنْ يُصَلِّيَ الرَّجُلُ فِي الْحَمَّامِ.
Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) said that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The whole earth is a mosque except the graveyard and the bathhouse."
(b) Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) said that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Pray in your houses, and do not make them graveyards."
(c) Sayyidah Aishah and Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) said that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The curse of Allah be upon the Jews and the Christians; they took the graves of their prophets as places of prostration." He was warning against doing what they did.
(d) It is reported from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr bin al-As (may Allah be pleased with them both) that he disliked a man praying in the bathhouse.
(b) Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) said that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Pray in your houses, and do not make them graveyards."
