وَأنبأ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ، أَنْبَأَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، ثنا يَعْقُوبُ، ثنا مُحَمَّدٌ، ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ الثَّوْرِيِّ، سَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ: إِنَّ حَبِيبَ بْنَ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ لَمْ يَرْوِ عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ ضَمْرَةَ شَيْئًا قَطُّ.
Sufyan al-Thawri (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Habib bin Abi Thabit never narrated anything at all from Asim bin Damrah.
